Casey and Amber are the owners and founders of Para Bellum Health & Wellness. They have been married for 19 years and have 4 children. They love spending time with each other and each of their children. Both have a passion for bodybuilding and Amber has competed in multiple fitness competitions. Casey was a Firefighter/Paramedic for over a decade and Amber has been in the medical field since 2012.

From the moment I walked in the Bairds were super friendly. I met with Amber. She’s so kind and easy to talk to. I didn’t feel rushed at all. She asked lots of questions to get a whole picture of what’s been going on so we could make a plan. I don’t like needles but when she took my blood it was smooth and easy. With every interaction they have been so helpful and very responsive to my concerns over messages before my initial appt. I’ve had a great experience so far and will continue my care with them!

I was very sick and knew something serious was going on with my body, but I wasn’t getting answers from InstaCare or the ER. Even though imaging had been recommended by InstaCare before my ER visit, it wasn’t done.
Amber took my concerns seriously right away, listened, and ordered the imaging I needed, which finally led to answers other places had missed. I truly felt heard and cared for and am so grateful for her help. Highly recommend this office.

I love Amber and Casey at Para Bellum. They are so kind and professional. Their office is clean and quiet. It is refreshing. Nothing like a regular drs office. I just finished the V-Tone treatments to help me not pee with every cough and sneeze. Even after the first few treatments I could tell a huge difference in being able to hold my bladder.
